A Day in the Life of T.A. Chase-

Thank you for having me here today. I’m T.A. Chase and I write m/m romance. My newest release, Mountains to Climb, is one of the first six books launched under the What’s His Passion? imprint.
I thought I’d tell you what a day in my life is like, though it might be very boring for you.
When I get up in the morning, depending on the time, I usually have breakfast then go for a run. I just started running last year and found that I enjoyed it. It wakes me up and gets my blood pumping. Running clears my mind so that I’m ready to face what I need to do that morning. Then I stop by Starbucks to pick up my daily dose of caffeine.
Once I get cleaned up and dressed, I fire up the laptop and check my emails, Facebook, and Twitter. Make sure nothing needs my attention before I dive into my story. I try to get at least two thousands words written a day, but if I do more, I’m thrilled.
Of course, I keep my chat box up so I can talk with Devon Rhodes when she gets on. We talk pretty much every day while we both work on whatever we have to do that day.
At some point, I stop for lunch and dinner. But I tend to keep writing until I can’t keep my eyes open, which means I tend to go to bed late. Oh and I’ll stop later on in the evening to workout as well. I will write every day of the week, taking time off when I want to visit with my family or friends.
Now that you are thoroughly bored with what I do throughout the day, I’ll say that each day is different. Some days I give myself a break and read a book or go do something else instead of sit and type.
When I write, I usually have either the TV or music on. I like having the noise in the background. For the most part, it doesn’t distract me from what I’m doing. At times, I think it helps me focus on whatever book I’m working on.
So that’s a day in my life, not very exciting, is it? So much for a writer’s life being glamorous or thrilling. It’s mostly just sitting in my apartment, typing on my laptop.
Thanks so much for having me here.

Blurb:
Sometimes the past can be the biggest mountain to climb.
Toby Schwartzel has never forgotten Jensen Brockhoff, the man he loved and the one who disappeared six years ago. He thinks he’s moved on, but when Jensen appears again and wants to explain what happened, Toby realises he hasn’t gotten over Jensen. He’d only built up walls to keep from being hurt again.
Jensen Brockhoff left New York City and Toby Schwartzel for several reasons. All of them had to do with drugs and alcohol. He’s clean now and the only thing he’s addicted to is mountain climbing. His passion for the sport has got him through the last six years. But after a particularly harrowing fall on Denali, Jensen knows he has to go back to tell Toby the truth.
Will Toby and Jensen discover they’d never moved past the love they had for each other all
those years ago? Or are the mountains between them too high to climb?
